9fgames Terms and Conditions – General Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "9fgames" or "Platform" — refers to the website 9fgames.best and all Sports Betting, online casino, slots, crash games, and other features made available to the user.
• "User" or "you" — an individual aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, who registers for and uses 9fgames services.
• "Account" — individual profile created by the user on 9fgames upon registration with CPF, email, and password.
• "Real Balance" — funds deposited by the user via Pix, boleto, or card, available for betting and withdrawals with no rollover restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" — credits granted by 9fgames through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before being converted into real-money balance.
• "Rollover" — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Cash Out" — a feature that allows the user to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a payout proportional to the current state of the event.
• "Event" — any sporting match, competition, or outcome available for betting on 9fgames, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, and other sports.

2. Registration and Account

Registering at 9fgames is free and can be done at 9fgames.best. To create an account, the user must provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your ID (RG or CNH);
• A valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• An active email address used exclusively by the account holder;
• Date of birth;
• Password must be at least 8 characters long, including letters and numbers.

Each user may hold only one active account on 9fgames. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF is strictly prohibited, even with different email addresses. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be suspended immediately, with balances frozen pending the outcome of an internal review.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. 9fgames will never ask for passwords via email, chat, or phone under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify 9fgames support via the live chat available on the platform.

9fgames reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Eligibility

To use 9fgames services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Reside in Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion list at 9fgames;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of an employee of 9fgames or any partner company directly involved in the platform's operation.

9fgames uses age and identity verification mechanisms. Registering with false information — including an incorrect date of birth to bypass age restrictions — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings from bets placed using fraudulent data.

4. Deposits

9fgames accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Funds credited in up to 60 seconds. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Available at all Brazilian banks.
• Credit and debit card — accepted card networks subject to availability on the platform. Instant credit subject to issuer approval.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — available subject to the conditions described in the deposit panel.

All deposits must be made in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment method. 9fgames does not charge fees on deposits, though the user's financial institution may apply its own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Real balance withdrawals at 9fgames are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 and there is no maximum amount per transaction for real balance, except for limits applied during security reviews.

Withdrawals are processed within the following timeframes:

• Real balance withdrawals with no pending verification: within 5 minutes of the request;
• Withdrawals requiring additional identity verification: up to 48 business hours;
• Withdrawals of converted bonus balance after rollover completion: within 24 hours of confirmation that the requirement has been met.

Bonus balance withdrawals are only permitted after the full rollover requirement of the corresponding promotion has been met. The account dashboard displays rollover progress in real time. Withdrawal attempts before the rollover is complete will be declined, and the user will be informed of the remaining rollover balance.

9fgames may request verification documents before approving withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 in a single request. Required documents may include a photo ID with CPF and proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

6. Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 9fgames covers events listed on the platform, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Série B, UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports, and more. 9fgames reserves the right to add or remove sports and events at any time.

Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed or canceled by the user, except through the cash out feature where available. 9fgames does not accept cancellation requests based on a change of mind after ticket confirmation.

If an event is cancelled (postponed by more than 24 hours, definitively cancelled, or due to force majeure), the corresponding bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the user's real balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the ticket is recalculated based on the remaining selections.

9fgames reserves the right to void bets in the following cases:

• Obvious errors in odds publication (odds clearly inconsistent with the market);
• Bets placed after the official start of the event without live odds updates;
• Well-founded suspicion of match manipulation by the bettor or related parties;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets.

7. Casino, Slots, and Crash Games

9fgames offers online casino games, including slots, live roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, and crash games. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live streaming with real dealers, depending on the game type.

The specific rules for each casino game are available within that game's interface. Users are responsible for reading them before playing. 9fgames does not accept disputes based on unfamiliarity with a game's rules.

Real-money bonus credits may not be used on casino games not expressly listed in the corresponding promotion's terms. Using bonus balance on ineligible games may result in the bonus being canceled without prior notice.

The RTP (return to player) for each slot is provided by the game supplier and can be found in the game information within the platform. 9fgames does not alter the RTP parameters set by providers.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

9fgames regularly offers promotions to its users, including welcome bonuses, free bets on Brasileirão, free spins on selected slots, and weekly cashback. Each promotion has its own specific terms, available on the platform's Promotions page.

The general conditions that apply to all 9fgames bonuses are:

• Each bonus is valid for one account per CPF. Multiple accounts created to obtain bonuses will be closed and the associated amounts cancelled;
• Deposit bonuses carry a minimum rollover of 3x, unless otherwise specified in the promotion;
• The minimum odds for bets placed with bonus balance is 1.50, unless otherwise specified;
• The bonus validity period starts from the date it is credited to the account, not from the date of the deposit;
• Expired bonuses are not reactivated under any circumstances;
• 9fgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion with 24 hours' notice to users who already have that bonus active.

Free bets won through promotions are wagered at face value — the return excludes the free bet stake. For example: a R$ 50.00 free bet at odds of 2.00 returns R$ 50.00 in profit (not R$ 100.00 in total return). The net return from the free bet is credited as real balance, available for immediate withdrawal.

9. Cash Out

Cash out is a feature available on 9fgames for pre-match and live bets on selected events, primarily Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other high-volume football leagues. Cash out availability is determined by 9fgames and may vary depending on the event and match progress.

The cash out value is calculated in real time based on the odds at the moment of the request and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on the current state of the event. By confirming a cash out, the user accepts the value displayed at that moment — amounts can change in fractions of a second.

Partial cash out lets the user close a portion of the original bet while keeping the remainder active. Not all events support partial cash out — availability is indicated in the bet interface.

9fgames may temporarily suspend cash out during critical moments in a game (goal under review, momentary technical failure, absence of market pricing) without this giving rise to any right to compensation for the user.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@9fgames.best. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed. Bonus balances with unmet rollover requirements will be cancelled with no refund.

9fgames may suspend or close an account in the following situations, without prior notice:

• Providing false information during registration;
• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF;
• Use of bots, scripts, or any form of automated betting;
• Systematic promotion abuse (bonus hunting) identified through betting pattern analysis;
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity;
• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, bonus balances will be cancelled. Real balances deposited by the user will be returned following an internal review, except in confirmed fraud cases where Brazilian law authorizes the funds to be blocked.

11. Security and Data Protection (LGPD)

9fgames processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected during registration and platform use is used solely for service operation, legal compliance, and improving the user experience.

9fgames does not sell users' personal data to third parties. Data is shared with partners only when strictly necessary for service operations (payment processors, game providers), and always under contractual confidentiality obligations in compliance with the LGPD.

Under the LGPD, users have the following rights regarding their data held by 9fgames:

• Access to stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Deletion of unnecessary personal data;
• Data portability;
• Withdrawal of consent for data processing.

12. Responsible Gambling

9fgames believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools free of charge, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly, all configurable by the user. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Betting Limits — maximum amount per ticket, configurable by the user;
• Session Alerts — notification after a configured session duration;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — from 1 day to 6 months, effective immediately and non-reversible during the period;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanent account closure with a block on re-registration under the same CPF.

13. Limitation of Liability

9fgames is committed to keeping the platform operational and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Outages for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may occur. 9fgames is not liable for losses resulting from temporary technical unavailability.

9fgames is not liable for any financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user, regardless of the circumstances. Betting carries the risk of losing the staked amount — by confirming a ticket, the user acknowledges and accepts this risk.

9fgames is not responsible for user-side internet connection errors that result in unconfirmed bets or failed cash outs. A stable connection is recommended before carrying out any financial transactions on the platform.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

9fgames may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the user's registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect. Changes required by law may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before they take effect.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. For disputes arising from use of the 9fgames platform that cannot be resolved amicably through customer support, the courts of the São Paulo — SP jurisdiction are hereby elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.

Before pursuing any legal or administrative action, the user must first attempt to resolve the issue through 9fgames customer support, available 24 hours a day in Portuguese via live chat or by email at contato@9fgames.best. The vast majority of issues are resolved internally within 24 hours.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
